Self-Invoicing
There are two payment options for the customers buying products on the Corrios platform: bank transfer or online payment with a debit or credit card, our system will automatically generate the proforma or tax invoice accordingly, based on the payment method selected by the customer.
You can setup two different serial numbers, one for the proforma invoices and one for tax invoices, here you can setup the invoice serial numbers to be used when issuing an invoice in your name
- Proforma Invoices for Bank Transfers
For Bank Transfers, our system will generate automatically a proforma invoice in your name and will carry all your company details and your bank account where payment shall be received from the customer. The self-invoicing mechanism will issue a PROFORMA INVOICE in your name and It's your responsability to issue a final invoice to the customer using your own bookkeeping software.
